Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about buying credits. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to ask for one. It applies to one-time credit packs bought through our pricing page.
Your 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because credits are digital content delivered instantly, we ask you to agree, at checkout, that we start supplying them right away. By buying a pack you give that consent and acknowledge that your withdrawal right no longer applies to credits you have already spent.
Unused credits
If you have not spent any credits from a pack, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the pack in full.
Partially used packs
If you have used some but not all of a pack, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis if you ask within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days we may still offer a pro-rata refund of unused credits at our discretion — just get in touch and we'll do our best to be fair.
Free credits
Free credits granted at signup or through promotions have no cash value and are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@customtattooai.com from the email address on your account, and include your Stripe receipt or the purchase confirmation so we can find your order quickly. Tell us which pack you want refunded.
Processing times
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under EU law.
